Many of our items come with free curbside shipping. The curbside shipping is within the Contingous U.S. Only.
Curbside Shipping means, that your item will arrive at the end of your driveway, and the customer will be responsible of moving the item from there. More often then not, the delivery truck will arrive without an lift gate.
Since many of our items are quite heavy, we recommend that you consider upgrading your delivery to a truck with a lift gate.
Lift Gate service is an additional $ 95.00, and can be purchased after your order by simply contacting us.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
For the privacy and security of our customers, and to ensure excellent customer service, Games For Fun requires a call-in to our office in order to confirm and pay for your online order. This confirmation may be placed to our toll-free number, 1-800-456-GAME, and takes mere minutes. The call allows us to confirm that your desired items are in stock and accept your credit card payment. You will speak with a real person who will answer all of your order questions. For fastest service, PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR ORDER ONLINE and call for completion when prompted to do so.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. At this time we only accept orders that are both billed to and shipped within the United States. State law requires that we collect sales tax for all orders shipped to a California address.
ORDER PROCESSING
Generally, all orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the order confirmation call. Associates are available to process orders Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (PST). Our offices are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday. The time it takes to receive your product may vary somewhat based on the destination.
SHIPPING
The default method for shipping standard items is UPS Ground Service. Orders shipped within the continental U.S. will generally arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited UPS shipping is available; ask a sales associate for options and pricing when calling to complete your order.
Large Product Shipping
Large items such as pool, game, air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard tables must be shipped by freight trucking company and require special crating. Shipping costs for these items are based on your location and the shipment weight. Transit time is based on delivery location. Please call 909-885-3604 for information on shipping and handling charges and transit times on any large products prior to ordering.
Items sent via freight trucking company generally arrive to your curbside within 7 to 14 business days. This service is curbside only, and the trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item(s) into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items we strongly advise having assistance available.
Free Curbside Shipping
Occasionally, selected Games For Fun large items are offered with “Free Curbside Shipping.” These items are clearly marked on the website. If an item is not marked, this offer is not applicable. Free curbside shipping is offered within the continental U.S. only (Hawaii and Alaska require extra charges). These items are shipped by freight trucking company and all “Large Product Shipping” and “Freight Damage” policies above and below apply.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
For ALL shipped orders, any damage to your merchandise that occurred in shipment or delivery is the responsibility of the shipment carrier, not Games For Fun. In order to ensure coverage of your items you must follow these delivery acceptance guidelines:
- Inspect the outer carton of your order upon delivery for any potential damage that may have occurred in transit.
- If it is clear that significant damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If damage to the crate or carton is apparent but you cannot tell if there is any product damage, accept the delivery and sign the delivery receipt, “Subject to further inspection, could contain concealed damage.”
- Open your box(es) immediately and contact us within 48 hours should you find concealed damage. ALL damage must be reported within 48 hours.
- Deliveries signed free and clear of damage are the responsibility of the recipient, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Under no circumstance may an item be returned due to delay in shipping, damage in shipping, or missing parts in shipping. If you do not inspect your shipment for damages immediately, we cannot be held responsible for the damages later. Any damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product via e-mail (sales@gamesforfun.com) or phone (909.885.3604). Exchanges for damaged products will not be made or accepted after that time period.
INTERNET RETURN POLICY
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original sale date, and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the full amount refunded in store credit. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Shipping and handling, both ways, of non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received by Games For Fun.
For all returns or exchanges, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization. All return items must be received within 10 business days of the date the return authorization is issued and 30 days from the date the product was shipped.
